How the Partner Program Works

Apply and Get Approved
Submit your partner application. Approved partners must sign the Rank One Stays Homeowner Introduction Program Agreement and submit a completed W-9 before receiving a referral link.

Introduce a Homeowner
Once approved, you can share your unique referral link or make a simple homeowner introduction. Your role is limited to the introduction. Rank One Stays handles the consultation, pricing, onboarding, and client agreement directly.

Earn Eligible Bonuses
If the homeowner signs with Rank One Stays and all program requirements are met, you may be eligible for a design referral bonus, an STR client activation bonus, or both.

Example Bonus Scenarios

Example 1: Design Referral

A referred homeowner signs a qualifying design agreement and pays a $10,000 eligible design fee.

Potential partner bonus: $1,000

This example assumes the full design fee is collected and retained by Rank One Stays and the referral satisfies all program requirements.

Example 2: STR Client Activation

A referred homeowner signs an eligible short-term rental launch or co-hosting agreement in an approved market and remains active through the first month.

Potential first payment: $500

If the homeowner remains continuously active and in good standing for at least 90 consecutive days, the partner may earn the second payment.

Potential second payment: $1,000

Potential total STR activation bonus: $1,500

Example 3: Homeowner Cancels Before 90 Days

A referred homeowner signs, services begin, and the homeowner remains active through the first month, but cancels before the 90-day milestone.

Potential partner bonus: $500

The second $1,000 payment is not earned if the homeowner does not remain active and in good standing through the 90-day milestone.

If you are a licensed real estate agent, broker, Realtor, property manager, mortgage professional, title professional, escrow professional, settlement-service provider, or other regulated professional, participation may require approval from your broker, employer, supervising entity, or compliance department.

You are responsible for confirming that participation is allowed under your brokerage policies, licensing rules, professional rules, RESPA, applicable law, and any third-party agreements.

Rank One Stays may require broker or employer approval, may require payment to be made to your brokerage or employer where required, and may decline or withhold any bonus that may create legal, licensing, compliance, or regulatory risk.
